Main interests include Python, Django, JavaScript (currently React). The other area of interest for Rado is teaching other people how to get better at programming, which includes doing a lot of courses in HackBulgaria & the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University.

This talk will go around the things that we are doing with HackBulgaria - our "hacker school", where we do a lot of Python & Django courses, aimed for people that are going to start their first job after that.
For the last 4 years we did more than 20 courses & placed more than 200 people with employers.
